Business & Reproductive Health Training
- Women are interviewed using an in depth questionnaire by social workers to get the base line data.
- The women then undergo training on how to run small scale businesses and also reproductive health education. The lessons include the following:
- Business
- Group dynamics
- Hygiene and nutrition
- Family planning
- Control, prevention and management of STIs
- HIV/AIDS and home based care
Paralegal Training & Human Rights
- Peer leaders are trained to give legal advice to women in the groups and to other members of the communities where they live.
- They also sensitize and tell women and girls about their rights.
